Applications are invited for a PostDoc position at the Telethon Institute of Gene Therapy at San Raffaele Hospital, Milan (Italy). The group is located in a very well equipped state-of-the-art laboratory, funded by various national as well as European organizations. We are seeking to appoint a cellular scientist with a strong track record of research excellence in immunology. The focus of our work is the characterization of cellular and molecular bases of autoimmunity in Primary Immunodeficiencies. The project entails the handling of human patient material and experimental animal work.
The candidates must have a PhD degree and have experience in relevant techniques (animal handling, molecular biology, cell cultures, flow cytometry). Motivation, adaptability and proven ability to work independently will be greatly valued. A 3-year stipend will depend on experience of the candidate.
