Applications are invited for the post of JRF in DBT the project entitled "Raising nutritionally Improved Rice (Oryza sativa L cv.IR64) Germplasm with High Lysine content employing RNAi Tools".
The project is valid until June 2013

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in any branch of Life Science with good academic records (Ist division). Though preference will be given to JRF/LS/NET qualified candidates, those having relevant research experience in the area of project may also be hired at lower emoluments as per norms of the funding agency.
Desirable Qualifications: Strong desire to work on plant and microbial system with good knowledge of routine molecular biology techniques including cloning and expression analysis. Candidates having relevant experience in biochemical analysis using HPLC will be preferred.
