Applications are invited on plain paper for the posts of Research Assistant and Lab Attendant in the ICMR-funded project entitled “To study the role of Terminalia arjuna extract on proteomic profiles of Atherosclerotic lesions in an animal model system” under Dr. Veena Dhawan, Addl. Professor, Deptt. of Exp. Med. & Biotechnology, PGIMER, Chandigarh-l60012.Theposts are temporary for one year.
1) Post: Research Assistant (1 post)
Qualification: M. Sc. in Life- Sciences with 1 year research experience after Post Graduate degree.
Salary @19481/-p m. fixed
Age Limit: Below 28 years (Relaxation maximum of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 year for OBC candidates as per GOI rules)
2) Post: Animal Attendant (l post)
Qualification: +2 pass with 1 year experience
Salary @9896/-p m. fixed
Age Limit:- Below 28 years( Relaxation maximum of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 year for OBC candidates as per GOI rules)
The above appointments will be purely on temporary basis till the project is continued. Interested Candidates fulfilling the above conditions are required to submit- their bio-data and necessary Testimonials/certificates by 04/07/2011 at 3.00pm and to appear for personal interview along with original Certificates on 05/07/2011 at 3.30pm in the Department of Exp. Med. & Biotechnology, Research Block-B, PGIMER, Chandigarh. No interview letters will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid.
