1. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of Junior Research Fellow in a DBT funded research project on "Development of a new three dimensional microporous spongy hybrid scaffold for seeding vascular cells” in the laboratory of  Dr. G S Vinod Kumar. 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks. Polymer Chemistry experience is desirable.

AGE : Below 35 years

EMOLUMENTS
Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 12000/- + 15% HRA (Consolidated per month)

Duration : Nine months or till termination of the project (whichever is earlier).

Only those fulfilling the above criteria need apply and will be called for interview

Selection to the position will not entitle the candidate to any future positions at RGCB (permanent or otherwise). 2. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of Junior Research Fellow to engage on ‘Elucidation of defense gene net-work in zingiber zerumbet and cloning of putative genes’ in a DBT funded research project on "Prospecting Zingiber Zerumbet for molecular resources” in the laboratory of  Dr. George Thomas.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. in plant Sciences/Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks. One year research experience in plant molecular Biology techniques.

AGE : Below 35 years

EMOLUMENTS
Junior Research Fellow:Rs. 12,000/- + 15% HRA in the I and II year; Rs. 14,000 + 15% HRA for III year (Consolidated per month)

Duration : Three years or till termination of the project (whichever is earlier).

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of Junior Research Fellow to engage on ‘Development of RNAi platform for plant gene functional validation’ in a DBT funded research project on "Prospecting Zingiber Zerumbet for molecular resources” in the laboratory of  Dr. S Manjula.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. in any branch of Life Sciences with a minimum of 60% marks. Experience in plant molecular biology will be an added advantage.

AGE : Below 35 years

EMOLUMENTS
Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 12,000/- + 15% HRA in the I and II year; Rs. 14,000 + 15% HRA for III year (Consolidated per month)
