Applications are invited for JRF @ School of Biological Sciences, Madurai Kamaraj University

Applications are invited for a temporary Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work in a Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS) funded research project entitled, “Investigation of “Microtron generated low-energy electron beam induced chemo-sensitization response” for combinatorial cancer therapy”, to work under the guidance of Dr.G.Kumaresan, Principal Investigator, Cancer Genetics Laboratory, Dept. of Genetics, School of Biological Sciences, Madurai Kamaraj University.

Qualifications: First class M.Sc., in any branch of life sciences with hands-on experience in molecular biology or cell biology or mouse models. Applicants with none of these experiences will not be considered.

Duration: Until the project period of March, 2014.

Fellowship: As per BRNS norms.

Candidates having thirst for an ambitious research career in Molecular Cancer Therapeutics and Cancer Genomics are encouraged to apply. The selected candidates cannot register for Ph.D., but will be encouraged to publish first and Co-authored research articles.
