JIPMER, Puducherry, SRF Position in Immunogenetics (ICMR)

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the following post under the ICMR research project.

• Project title : "Immunogenetics of psoriasis vulgaris in South Indian population."
• Name of the post : Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
• No. of post : One (Temporary)
• Duration : Time bound for a period of 1 year (likely to continue beyond 1 year)
• Qualifications : M.Sc.(Medical Biochemistry/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/MLT/Life Sciences/ M.Tech (Biotechnology) with two years research experience in the concerned field.
• Desirable : Preference for candidate who have passed NET/GATE exam and who have experience in molecular techniques.
• Age limit : Upper age limit 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH and women candidates will be extended as per ICNER rules.
• Salary : Consolidated salary of Rs.18,000/- per month + 20% HRA as per ICMR rules.

The walk-in interview will be held on 15th June 2013 at 09.00 AM in the Conference Room, Department of Biochemistry.
