WALK IN INTERVIEW
DBT funded project entitled “Designing novel nematode management technology through functional genomics of ESTs of Meloidogyne incognita (root knot nematode) using RNAi for identifying parasite gene targets” invites applications for filling positions of two JRFs with net emoluments of Rs 12,000+30% HRA (or as applicable) through a walk in interview on 15th July 2011 at 11.00A.M.
Essential Qualifications: M. Sc. in Nematology / Botany / Zoology / Plant Molecular Biology/ Life Sciences/ Microbiology / Biotechnology /Any other subject equivalent to above said degrees
Desirable qualifications: Working research experience in general molecular biology and tissue culture techniques.
Date and time: 15th July 2011 at 11.00A.M
Age limit: 35 Years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ and women candidates as per Government rules)
Venue: Division of Nematology, INDIAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE, New Delhi 110012 (Room No. 306, 3rdfloor, LBS building)
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
The above positions are purely temporary and will be made for a period of six months or till termination of the project or whichever is less. The selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointments at this institute as the positions are co-terminus with respective Project.
Eligible candidates may appear in interview on 15th July 2011 at 10.00 to -1.00 PM along with detailed application form and original and attested copies of all certificates, degrees, publications/articles, one recent coloured pass port size photograph, no objection certificate from the current employer etc.
