On a Project “Characterizing the ability of HPV E2 mutant in inducing apoptosis in HPV positive cell lines and in mouse model
Duration of the Project : Upto November 2011
CONSOLIDATED SALARY : Rs. 12,000/- p.m.
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in bioinformatics from a recognized university with not less than 55% aggregate marks.
Job Description: To model E2 with and without uptake tag and study the conformational changes of different E2 variants.
Experience: Prior experience in modeling, molecular dynamics simulations, data mining and basic bioinformatics techniques is desirable. Understanding of biological applications and interpretation of computational data is necessary
