Research Associate opportunity at SAIC Frederick, Inc. in our HPV Immunology Laboratory to plan, carry out experiments, document, and report results on a variety of complex biomedical experiments/procedures, in particular multiplex bead arrays in an immunology laboratory. Will perform assay development and validation for methods applicable to epidemiologic studies; evaluate results, select alternative courses of action if warranted and carry the project through to completion. 

BS degree from an accredited college/university in a field related to biomedical research.  MS degree preferred. Must also have a minimum of two (2) years related biomedical experience. 

Experience required with immunology and molecular biology techniques; cell culture, blood isolations, ELISA and luminex assays;  Must have knowledge of statistics and software tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and the ability to perform basic computer operations, and summarize large data sets.
