(Zoology/Biochemistry with good academic  

records and laboratory skills on Molecular 

biology / bioinformatics / Working with cancer 

will be given advantages.

Salary: Rs. 10,000

A walk-in-interview has been arranged on 18th (at Assam University) and 19th (at Cachar

Cancer  Hospital & Research Centre) for the under-mentioned posts on Cancer Biology sponsored by 

Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi, jointly to be run under the Dept. of Biotechnology Assam

University, Silchar (AUS) & Cachar Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, (CCHRC) with Prof. S K 

Ghosh, AUS and Dr. Ravi Kannan, Director, (CCHRA) as Principal Investigator. The positions are

purely temporary and will be governed by the Administrative rules / service condition of the  

University/Hospital.

Relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/Minorities/women candidates as per Govt. rules.

University/Hospital norms. Eligible candidate may be entitled to register for PhD Program of 

the University. All medical benefits will be provided which are available in Hospital
