Name of the project: “Evaluating candidate genes towards enhancement of drought tolerance in chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)”

• No. of posts: 1
• Emoluments (Fixed P.M.): Rs 12000/- + HRA
• Age: Maximum 35 years (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST and women and three years for OBC)
• Qualifications:
• Essential:
  M.Sc. in Biotechnology / M.Sc in molecular biology / M.Sc. (Ag) in Biotechnology from a recognized university/M. Sc (Life Sciences/Bio-chemistry)
• Desirable:
  
  • Hands on experience and working knowledge in molecular biology work
  • Working knowledge of computers will be preferable

Please Note:

• The above posts are purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis for a initial period of one year or till termination of the project/scheme whichever is earlier.
• There is no provision for the re –engagement after termination of the project/scheme.
• The selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointment(s) at this institute as the posts are co-terminus with respective project/ scheme
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview
• Please bring all attested copies and originals of all certificates from Matric onwards.
