Applications are invited for the following purely temporary position in below mentioned project at School of Life Sciences and the Special Centre for Molecular Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi -110067

1) One position: JRF & SRF
Project :Strategies to combat multidrug resistance (MDR) in human pathogenic Candida species”. Indo-Swiss (DST)
Qualifications.
  • For JRF: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or related fields with at least one year research experience.
  • For SRF: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or related fields with two years research experience.
2) One position: JRF
Project : Rational designing of peptide inhibitors of multidrug transporters of the human fungal pathogen Candida albicans”. Dept. of Biotechnology (DBT)
Qualifications: For JRF: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or related fields with at least one year research experience.
Salary : - Rs. 12,000/- + HRA

3)One position: JRF
Project : “MDR regulation in Candida salbicans”. Dept. of Science & Technology (DST)
Qualifications: For JRF: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or related fields with at least one year research experience.
Salary : - Rs. 12,000/- + HRA
The competent authority may select candidate in the lower position against the above post depending upon the qualifications and experience of the candidate and reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee.
