A walk in interview for filling up one purely temporary position of Junior Research Fellow in a DST funded project entitled “Isolation and characterization of genes involved in host pathogen interaction of Bipolaris sorokiniana infecting wheat” in the Division of Plant Pathology, Indian Agricultural research Institute, New Delhi-110012 on 23rd August 2010 (Time 10-.00AM).
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Plant Pathology/Life sciences/Molecular Biology.
Desirable Qualification: NET qualified/ Research experience in fungal molecular biology.
Pay Scale: Rs.16000+HRA.
Age limit: 35 years.
Candidates fulfilling all the requirements should bring their application giving full details of academic records and experience along with attested photocopies as well as original copies of the relevant documents and passport size photograph.
Terms and conditions
1. Above position is purely temporary time bound and co-terminable with the project.
2. Age relaxation will be 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
3. Place of work will be IARI, New Delhi.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Interview.
5. All eligible candidates are requested to be present 30 minutes before scheduled time on the date of interview for necessary formalities.
6. No objection certificate from the employer/university, in case he/she is in employment elsewhere.
7. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidates.
8. The Principal Investigator decision will be final and binding in all respects.
