Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Fellow with a fellowship of Rs.16,000/-p.m. + HRA as per rules in a CSIR sponsored project entitled "Role of ACC deaminase in plant growth promotion in rice (Oryza Sativa L.) by endophytic rhizobia" sanctioned upto 31.7.2013. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project. The candidate should have M.Sc. in Botany / Applied Microbiology / Genetics & Plant Breeding with at least 2 years research experience in bacterial microbiology. The upper age limit is 32 years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically handicapped/female candidates). All things will be equal, SC/ST candidate will be preferred as per GOI rules.
