Applications are invited on plain paper from eligible candidates latest by September 4, 2010 for the temporary position given below, under the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, BTISnet Project entitled “Creation of Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility for the Promotion of Biology teaching through Bioinformatics” at Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility, Department of Biochemistry, Lucknow University, Lucknow. The engagement will be made purely on the temporary basis for a year and likely to be extended based on the performance. 

1. Name of The Post : Research Assistant (one)

2. Remuneration : 12,000/- Per Month + HRA

3. Qualification:

i) Essential: M.Sc. in Bioinformatics with First Division and Experience in Bioinformatics / Computer Applications 

(Ph.D. holders may be given a higher start with designation as Research Associate)
